Antique Pink Garden and Clematis

Ahh! So sorry I disappeared for a bit. I've been super busy as of lately with lots of flower work and photo shoots etc...The days are flying by! It's hard to believe it's already August. August is my birthday month. And it's a big one this year. gulp.

I must tell you that when I handed the bride her bouquet last weekend she got all misty eyed and started to cry! Which made me cry! When I saw her later that evening she was still welling up with tears when she caught sight of me. It's amazing what flowers will do to a person. Sure, I stress about the business but I tell you in the end, I do love wedding flowers.

That's simple gorgeous. Would never have thought that clematis would stand up to being in a bouquet. Lucky bride!

Denise,

Love the colors. Out of curiosity, do the clematis you get come from Chalk Hill. The plastic sleeve would have a CHC label on it?

...And I'm the sister of the bride, and I can attest to the fact that the bouquets and arrangements were just gorgeous! Amazing how flowers can transform a ballroom. And, the fragrance of the peach roses were irresistable. You know it's a great bouquet when it smells as good as it looks! :)

I am the mother of the bride! Not only were the flowers beyond beautiful but the artist is beautiful as well. From the time Denise came to the suite with the bouquets, pinned on the mens boutiniers, lit up the ballroom with tall tapers and breathtaking flowers till she said goodnight at midnite she was a joy to have with us. Thank you again Denise! mary

Love how you use flowers that are not always traditionally "wedding" flowers. I love the Clematis!
