Rosemary and Blueberry
It's hot out there today. And I'm loving it. My sinuses however are not happy. I have never suffered like this before. I am taking all kinds of medicines and remedies because this weekend we have two weddings and one very important party. Littlest Pheasant is turning FIVE!!!! Holy crap time is flying. Here is a bouquet and boutonniere to cool you off. See you.

I could eat the boutonniere.
I never had any sinus issues until I did.
now i take meds all year round and throw in an inhaler come spring and fall.
Grrr.

I've been taking Activated Quercetin by Source Naturals and haven't had to take an antihistimine since.
