The Process

For those interested in how those behemoth perfume bottles were constructed...here are some pics of it being put together. Excuse the poor images, they are from my phone camera.
Roses opening in the sun on the back patio.
High density Styrofoam shapes were custom fabricated by a company in Michigan.They drove it all the way to NYC for the party! There is a heavy steel pole running through the center holding it all together. The solid foam shapes were made 4" smaller than the desired size in order to accommodate the piks and flowers heads. 
Midway! Still many hours to go.
