Washed Wood

Okay, okay... I know you must be thinking "when did this become a home decor blog?" Well, lately I have been on a spring cleaning and house dreaming kick. It's all I think about between a jillion upcoming wedding details. But no worries, flower photos are coming up in a day or two. In the meantime, I picked up this month's House Beautiful and have totally fallen in love with this easy livin' white washed beach house. The homeowners run an amazing home design shop called Ochre and Canvas in NYC. Please take a look.

Hi Denise,

Yes, I agree - the beach house is stunning. I had seen the article too.

I have a favor to ask. I am planning to do a post on Succulents, primarily those in the gardens, window boxes, and pots here in Carmel. I would also like to include two photos of your work incorporating succulents with more traditional flowers. Is that ok? I would of course credit you and your images. It might be nice exposure for you, and you might pick up some more followers and or clients. Please let me know what you think.

Best wishes,
Marjorie

Funny, I just got this magazine yesterday and it is a fabulous house. Almost could do without the white tulips.
