The Met

Yesterday, Littlest Pheasant and I packed up the stroller and headed out in the rain to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I had not been there in years. My God, that place is magical. It contains so many beautiful treasures from all over the world...it's completely staggering. We wandered all around looking for animal images. I guess all that art knocked her out. Before I knew it she climbed into her stroller and nodded off...leaving me some time to photograph. I found myself entranced by the Greek and Roman Art Galleries. I am now dreaming of designing a wedding using similar shaped urns and vessels with bits of gold trimming. That and I would totally live in a palazzo if I could.

Oh my god, I love it too, I would like to visit The Metropolitan one day when I could visit New York for the first time. I would be charmed with using these urns for a wedding too! agggrrrrrhh!! :)
